Return & Refund Policy

Perishables (Grocery): Items like fruits, vegetables, and dairy can be returned at the time of delivery if they do not meet quality standards.

Food Orders: Prepared food is non-returnable. However, if the wrong item is delivered or the food is spoiled, please contact support within 30 minutes for a refund or replacement.

Refund Process: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
